Fanartists Vs. Fanficcers: PART TROIS!?
First things first: In case you haven't noticed I am neither ratherlemony ( AKA squirmy) nor midnight_ljc. Now that that awkwardly obvious statement is out of the way...
The other day I was talking to ratherlemony and this happened:
Me: Also, I randomly thought a while back that there should be another Artists vs. Writers thingie >_>
Her: It's been a while hasn't it. Why don't you host it this time?
Me: *OH MAH LAWD*
Then I sort of did this:
*Nom nom noming on the idea, that is.*
My heart went all a flutter and then...I stopped and thought about it. Such power in my hands? Could I handle it? Was I strong enough? And then I thought to myself, "Of course you are, you idiot. Just as long as enough people participate/you remember to disable comments from being emailed to you."
AND GUESS WHAT? THIS TIME, IT'S A FICCER HOSTING THIS.
It's been two epic years since this last happened and a lot has changed in HP fandom since then. Theories have been revealed as true or a load of BS, characters died, characters were born, hairlines have receded, our favorite old dead guy likes manly bits, and a couple of idiots wore matching shirts and backed talked to some cops while on a motorcycle. We've laughed, we've cried, we've gone "WTF?!" and we've even been called dirty pedos by LJ Admins. Alas, the books are over and even though we may be left with only movies, lawsuits, irritating comparisons to that book series Stephanie Meyer spawned, and teasing prequels, HP fandom still has plenty of hotness left in it. AMIRITE OR AMIRITE?
But with that hotness comes a burning question. A question you must successfully answer. One question and one question only:
Who in Potterdom are hotter: The fanficcers (obvs) or the fanartists?
Boldly state which side you represent and tickle our fancy with a lurvely photo of yourself. You can even state where you are and if you're completely shameless like I am you can link whichever artwork of yours you want. Comprendre?
NOW, you may be moaning and groaning "blah blah blah I'm not into this fandom anymore blah blah blah I haven't written any fic/drawn any fanart in two years blah blah blah."
GUESS WHO CARES? NOT ME BBS, NOT ME!
Frankly, my dears, I don't give a damn when your last bit of fanart was posted or the last time you worked on that fic. I JUST WANT TO SEE YER

Oh and whether you participate in this or not, please pimp this! My little corner of fandom isn't quite popular enough to garner such epicness but it can with your help! Do not let this become epic fail ;_;
